For what purpose is my personal data processed and to whom is it forwarded?
Your application data will be used exclusively within a company of the Schunk Group for application purposes. The data does not get passed on to any third party.

Erasure of your data
To have your data erased, please contact konzerndatenschutzbeauftragter@schunk-group.com. Your application data will be physically deleted and cannot be recovered. Your personal data will generally only be stored as long as necessary, taking into account all the legal requirements that apply (in particular, the General Data Protection Regulation EU-GDPR). If you do not delete your application data manually, it will be deleted automatically by the system 90 days after the application process has been completed.

We may cancel this service at any time or delete your data in whole or in part without stated reasons.

Furthermore, you can revoke your consent to the processing of the data at any time without incurring adverse consequences. Direct your revocation to konzerndatenschutzbeauftragter@schunk-group.com. In the case of revocation, all data will be physically deleted after receipt of the revocation and cannot be restored.

Data security
We take precautions to protect your data and prevent external abuse. This includes measures such as encryption (SSL encryption), firewalls, hacker defense programs, and manual security measures. The SSL encryption is active if the key symbol at the bottom of your browser is closed and if the address starts with “httpS://”. Please note that the JavaScript™ technology is used on our website.

Disruption of the service, adjustment or modification of the service, or deletion of data
We do not guarantee that the website will be available at specific times. We cannot exclude any disruptions, interruptions, or any failure of the website. The servers are regularly and carefully backed up. However, we recommend you create backup copies of the data transmitted to us, in whatever form. We reserve the right to change, extend, restrict or discontinue this service at any time or to delete your data in whole or in part without stated reasons. Liability for deleted data or data losses on our part is therefore excluded.
