Intern Team Performance Analyst

Within our Product Engineering team, we drive the business development by setting specifications on products to guarantee that the deliverable aspects on quality, operational capabilities, timing, volume and cost price can be met. To better understand and document what can be achieved in our manufacturing processes, we are now hiring a manufacturing process analyst.
  • Workdays: 4-5
  • Type of employment: Internship
  • Job location: Helmond - NL
  • An internship allowance of €500 based on 40 hours.

What are your main responsibilities?

  • Define KPIs, with the help of a product engineer and your direct manager (Product Engineering Manager), to help visualising the performance of the team.  
  • Define draft dash-boards where live data based KPIs can be presented in a clear and “eye friendly” way;
  • Define way of working for sustainable KPI update and reporting within the PE team;
  • Collect and organize the data (from automatic engineering to do lists generated in SAP and ECTR) in a structured way so that everyone in the team understands the meaning of it.
  • Execute KPI dashboards, and share with the team on a monthly basis;
  • Specify improvement points on the source data used for KPI visualisation, on the KPI definition, and on the KPI dashboards;

What are your skills?

  • Microsoft office basics including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Power BI;
  • Being a student of mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering or similar;
  • Fluent English-speaking skills;
  • Experience with Power BI is desirable;
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
