Project Manager CAPEX
Because of the growth of our organization we are looking for a Project Manager who will be focusing on machinery investments (CNC). This also includes the connected adjustments of the building, installations and facilities. Are you ready for the next step in your career? Please, apply here!
What are your main responsibilities?
As an experienced project manager, you are capable of accomplish multiple projects/investments. You oversee the bigger picture and are able to manage the interaction between projects. There are various disciplines that you. Think of safety, production, engineering and quality. Taking these into account, you come to the best solution. You can determine business cases and financial impact and communicate this to management. Other responsibilities are:
- Initiate, plan, manage and implement projects from start to finish in the area of machine investment;
- You connect and collaborate successfully with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Technical prepare/finish specifications of (CNC) machines;
- Final lay-out building/installations/facilities;
- Determine required facilities (electrical, air handling, temperature, etc.) determined with and eventually have external partners execute;
- Put everything on drawing together with an external partner;
- Having machines installed;
- Releasing of machines and processes;
- Monitoring of the budget.
What are your skills?
For this function it is important that you have Project Management Skills in order to function well in the role. The right candidate for this position will have:
- At least a Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or construction engineering;
- Proven experience as a project manager (project management certification);
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar (project manager) position;
- Strong ability to perform well under pressure and deal with (conflicting) priorities, potential setbacks and changes with the required resourcefulness and flexibility;
- Attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture, understanding the impact of machine investments on business objectives;
- A good command of the English language (written and spoken) (Dutch is not mandatory but appreciated).
