Your responsibilities
- Developing measurement programs for 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) based on customer and product specifications;
- Testing and validating your own measurement programs on the production floor;
- Determining the measurability of NPI (New Product Introduction) products, including selecting the required measuring instruments and fixtures;
- Advising Quality Engineering on measurement frequencies and appropriate measuring equipment;
- Preparing customer-specific measurement reports (FAI) in collaboration with Quality Engineering;
- Collaborating with Product Engineering and Quality Engineering to ensure new products are measured correctly and fully documented;
- Optimizing measurement programs during the ramp-up to volume production.

Your profile
- MBO+ or Bachelor’s (HBO) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field;
- Knowledge of 3D measurement techniques, GD&T, and measuring instruments;
- Experience with ZEISS and Hexagon measuring machines, including the software packages Calypso and PC-DMIS;
- Several years of relevant hands-on experience in a similar role within a production environment, with solid expertise in metrology and measurement techniques;
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language, both written and spoken.
