Management Assistant (0,6 FTE)

As the Management Assistant you are going to provide support to the VP Business Development & Product Marketing, to the Director QESH and on an incidental basis to other MT Members of the Business Unit Micro Electronics.
 
Your communication, planning and organizational skills, next to your pro-active and hands on attitude, will support accurate agenda management and preparation of business trips. You are able to keep the overview in a dynamic working environment on different tasks and responsibilities.

What are your main responsibilities

As a Management Assistant you support the VP Business Development & Product Marketing, the QESH Director and on an incidental basis other BMT Members to plan meetings. Other tasks you are going to do are:
  • Support organization and management of contract database. Handle documents and contracts in support of VP & Contract Manager;
  • Where appropriate support business meetings and manage agenda’s and action lists;
  • Sort incoming mail for the VP Sales, Marketing & Business Development and deal with such where possible;
  • Prepare mail with any enclosed documents for the VP Sales, Marketing & Business Development;
  • Prepare and organize meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Monitor deadlines, appointments and issue reminders where necessary;
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations;
  • Book business trips, including flights, hotels and restaurants;
  • You will take over the work of the other management assistant during holidays;
  • You will participate in meetings and make notes.

In this position it is important to set the right priorities. You are customer oriented to internal as well as external customers. By nature you are a teamplayer. You take initiative and provide the organization with your assistance where needed and possible. Always keeping priorities clear.
 
Besides this you:
  • bring experience in working in a management support position;
  • excel in creating and maintaining structure and priorities;
  • have an error-free correspondence mindset;
  • have planning and coordination skills;
  • are pro-active;
  • bring an excellent command of business English (written and spoken) (Dutch is not mandatory but appreciated).
